This donabe made in Iga, Japan by the Nagatani family for close to 8 generations, is great addition to any adventurous chef's kitchen. Primary used for making miso soup, this donabe can be also used for stews, soups, and various simmering dishes. Makes a beautiful addition to the middle of a dining table and the thick ceramic keeps food hot during dinner. Includes woven trivet.
