At first glance these look to be stamped knives, especially with the narrow half tang (exposed at spine end of handle to butt not on inner grip), but on closer inspection their hand made pedigree can be seen. A slightly tapered tang and a steady distal taper on the blade with some slight irregularities show these were hand forged and hand ground.
Not a lot of vintage Italian chef knives come our way and even less in unused condition like this one, these are not stainless steel, they are bright now but will darken with use. . Guessing from the knives it was found with this knife dates to the 1960's or 70's.
